Who processes your data
The data controller is Michal Krčmář, company reg. no. (IČ) 87329051, operator of the BrusLee project, Czech Republic. Contact: michal.krcmar@hotmail.com.
What data and why
If you leave us your email (and optionally a phone number), we process it only to send you information about the first ride, roller disco events and the beginner manual. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact. After that we delete the data.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We may use technical suppliers (hosting, email tooling) as processors, always in line with GDPR.
Purchases of the digital manual are handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, card data, invoicing, tax and refunds and acts as a separate controller for those purposes; we never see or store your card details. Paddle passes us only the data needed to deliver the product (email, order identifier). We may also share data with professional advisers (accounting, legal) and with authorities where required by law.
Buying the manual
If you buy the manual, we process your email, order identifier and download records to deliver the product and meet legal obligations (accounting, tax). The legal bases are performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS), website security headers, encrypted database storage, access limited to authorised people, and product files kept in private storage behind short-lived download links.
