Who you contract with
The BrusLee project is operated by Michal Krčmář, company reg. no. (IČ) 87329051, Czech Republic ("we"). By using bruslee.cz or buying a digital product you enter into an agreement with us and accept these terms. Contact: michal.krcmar@hotmail.com.
What we sell
A digital product, the "Beginner manual" in PDF format. After payment we give you a download link on the website and send the same link by email. The product is licensed for your personal use.
Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy for details.
Intellectual property
All website content, the manual, the BrusLee brand and artwork remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your own needs. Redistribution, resale, file sharing and modification are not permitted.
Acceptable use
- no unlawful use, fraud or spam
- no infringement of intellectual property rights
- no interference with site security (malware, probing, scraping)
- information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date
Service level
We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site and downloads for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, with disputes heard by the competent Czech courts. Consumers may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
